Today's project features two stamp sets: Special Celebrations and Garden in Bloom.
I think Special Celebrations is a stamp set that might get overlooked. It's a wonderful set with many sentiments not only for the front of your card but also inside sentiments.
I used some of the 2017-2019 In Colors to create this card. Such beautiful colors together.
