Quick Update:

Unfortunately, I don't have a project for you as my craft studio took on water! Eek!!!!!! I had to tear down my desk and remove a lot of my materials before they got ruined.  The good news is I happened to get home and notice our sump pump wasn't working which gave me a chance to get my stuff out as fast as I could to prevent more damage.  

I was SO concerned about my desk.  It's my favorite item in my craft studio.  

I'm heartbroken but also grateful that I was able to get things out before everything was ruined.  It's upsetting but I will survive and be back to creating soon.  Praying we don't get anymore rain or in the amounts we have recently.  We need to dry out.  So, rain rain go away and maybe come back next May! LOL

Stampin' Up! Fun Fold Pocket Card | Around the Corner

Hi Everyone,

Today, I have a super fun project for you all.  A fellow demonstrator showed us this fun fold and its super quick and easy.  I did change up the dimensions slightly but you could tweak it yourself too.  What a great design for mass production!
I have a very crazy busy week so this was the perfect project for me.

It seems like it's birthday, graduation or any kind of celebration season at least for me.
This is going to be a lifesaver! And you know I LOVE a coordinated envelope!

Stampin' Up! Abstract Impressions

Hi Everyone,

Today's project features the Abstract Impressions bundle plus a few extras of course! After getting that big brown box, I had to play.  I used some new colors and items in today's project: Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green, Metallic Pearls, Gorgeous Grape Mini Striped Ribbon and more.

I'm pretty happy with the result.  It's amazing what a simple design can create.

Stampin' Up! Unboxing Goodies

Hello Everyone!

For today's post, I decided to share an unboxing video with you all.  I don't always do these kinds of posts or videos but since I was SO excited about the new goodies coming from the 2018-2019 catalog, I thought I would share it!

I sure do...it always puts a smile on my face!

I think part of my excitement with this order was it also contained all of the designer series papers for my paper share.  This was my very first paper share and I couldn't wait to see all of those gorgeous papers!  

Paper Shares are a lot of work but totally worth it!  It really is a great way to check out our papers and see which ones you absolutely love and need more of.  I know for me sometimes being able to see the paper in person helps me decide if I really do LOVE it or not.  Believe me there have been times where I love some of the papers in the stack but not all of them.  I'm sure I'm not the only one.  But in this catalog, there are definitely a few stacks that I do love each and every piece.

I love the very vanilla mixed with grapefruit grove, mint macaron, rich razzleberry and black.  For those of you who purchased your Share What You Love bundles in May, I hope you are enjoying them as much as I am.  I truly love this designer series paper and how many papers are in the stack. For the card base I used thick very vanilla with a regular very vanilla front.  

For the panels, here are the dimensions:
1 3/8 x 3 9/16 - you will need 3
1 1/8 x 3 3/8 - you will need 3

You stamp your images on the smaller panels.
